Paul J. Hubbell, III, M.D., D.D.S., graduated from L.S.U. Dental School and practiced general dentistry until a back injury led him to transition into anesthesiology. He completed an Anesthesiology Residency at Boston City Hospital/Boston University, later becoming a Clinical Instructor at Boston University Medical School.
Dr. Hubbell co-founded one of the nationās first pain clinics in Boston and earned his medical degree cum laude from Creighton University. He completed an Anesthesiology Residency with a focus on Pain Management at Mayo Clinic. For over 25 years, he has provided pain management services across Louisiana through hospitals, clinics, and private practice.
Board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, he is an International Fellow of Interventional Pain, a published author, and a Cadaver Lab Instructor. He has led clinical trials on pain care technologies and serves as President of the Louisiana Society of Interventional Pain Practitioners. Additionally, he advises the Louisiana Workers Compensation Committee and advocates for pain management policies at state and federal levels.
