Dr. Anthony LoMonaco is a highly respected pain physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. He is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management, bringing a comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care. After Graduating from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005, he completed an anesthesiology residency at Cooper University Hospital an affiliate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical school and The University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. Recognizing a void in pain management treatments, he decided to advance his training and education in pain management and proudly completed a fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Dr. LoMonaco is dedicated to helping patients regain function, improve quality of life, and reduce reliance on medications through advanced, evidence-based treatments. His expertise includes minimally invasive non-surgical interventional procedures. After many years of practice, he noticed that patients don’t all fit into a typical paradigm. Dr. LoMonaco thinks outside the box allowing him to tailor individualized treatment plans that balance precision and comfort. He works closely with each patient to identify the root cause of pain and develop a multimodal strategy for long-term relief.
