Dr. Lucien C. Alexandre is a triple board-certified Neurologist and Pain Medicine Specialist with advanced expertise in headache medicine and regenerative medicine dedicated to helping patients overcome pain and restore quality of life through advanced, minimally invasive treatments. He completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and holds both an MD and PhD in Neuroscience from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. With a strong background in stem cell and developmental neurobiology, Dr. Alexandre combines cutting-edge science with compassionate care. Before joining the Neuro Spine and Pain Center of Miami, Dr. Alexandre served as an attending physician at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Pain Care Specialists of Florida. He is currently affiliated with Mercy Hospital and Miami Surgical Center, providing both office-based and surgical pain interventions. Dr. Alexandre’s work has been featured in leading medical publications such as PNAS, Pain Therapy, PM&R, Cureus, and the MGH Handbook of Pain Management.
