Dr. Lieberman is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic in 1988 and graduated from Temple Hospital’s nationally renowned program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He specializes in diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections as well as in advanced interventions, with more than 20 years of experience in non-operative spine care in the diagnosis and treatment of an array of painful spine disorders. His early training in disc access procedures was in the late 1990’s under the tutelage of Dr. Kevin Pauza, the inventor of Discseel since which time hundreds of disc access procedures have successfully been performed for patients individually suffering from chronic low back pain as well as for spine surgeons who have consulted him for a pre-operative disc space staging procedure. For years he was on teaching faculty for the world renowned Spine Intervention Society as well as teaching for the North American Spine Society. He is also the author of the book “Back Pain How to treat” which is available on Amazon.com. Dr. Lieberman is dedicated to treating patients suffering from chronic low back pain in those patients who do not desire surgery or who continue to suffer from back pain despite having had spine surgery. He is an ardent outdoor advocate and amateur golf enthusiast who is sensitive to the needs of his patients.
